3 nights and 4 days retreat accommodation at Diptipur Retreat at Nashua - 10 mins from Bangalow in the Byron Hinterland.
Enjoy breakfast and dinner featuring an Ayurvedic-inspired menu, thoughtfully crafted with fresh, locally sourced organic produce. All meals are prepared by our Ayurvedic expert, Helena Baur, and are designed to nourish, balance, and support your body’s natural healing processes.
3 x uplifting Morning Hatha Yoga Sessions: Inquiry-based movement practices with evolving themes to explore. Tune into what your body truly needs.
3 x soothing Afternoon Sessions: Yin/Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and Guided Meditation for deep relaxation and renewal.
Free time between sessions to relax, enjoy the tranquil surroundings, grab some lunch in Bangalow, or simply unwind in your own way.

Apart from the yoga sessions there are no scheduled activities. There is plenty of free time for you to hike, swim and explore the region.
