Mindfulness at Work
This six-part series brings practical mindfulness tools into the workplace to reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional well-being. Backed by science, the program blends simple theory with hands-on practices like breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement.

About Jen
For more than thirty years, Jen has dedicated her career to community health and wellness.
She has owned and managed a fitness centre and yoga studios in Cairns, directed teacher training programs, and conducted yoga retreats both domestically and internationally. Additionally, she has led mindfulness initiatives in corporate and educational sectors, and has presented on mindfulness and wellness.
Drawing on her extensive background in yoga and mindfulness, Jen combines genuine warmth, clear communication, and a high level of professionalism in her approach.
Jen is passionate about inspiring self care to improve quality of life and teaches with warmth, humour and lightness.
She lives and teaches in Kingscliff and leads retreats in Bryon Bay and Bali.
