Yin/ Restorative
A quiet restorative class combining myofascial release, passive holds, and gentle mobility to reduce tension, support tissue health, and encourage deep relaxation.
Ideal for beginners, pregnancy, and those seeking stillness, stress relief and the non-doing qualities of softness, allowing, resting and letting go.

Core Strength
This core strength class activates the deep core for stability and ease of movement. By focusing on proper core muscle recruitment and breath techniques, you’ll build strength from the inside out and deepen your awareness in yoga postures.

Meditation & Contemplative Practices
This 45-minute practice is designed for those looking to deepen their meditative practice and connect with stillness and presence. The class is structured into:
15-minute somatic body scan to relax into interoception (the ability to sense your internal landscape)
Two 10-minute periods of silent sitting with varied themes.
10-minute Yoga Nidra for deep rest and integration.
Times to be announced.
An integrated approach
An expression of 30 years of teaching experience, I offer an integrated approach that combines breathwork, traditional asana, functional movement patterns, core strength, somatic inquiry, and guided relaxation.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment where you can take the time to slow down, listen to your body, and address your unique needs.
You’ll be encouraged to explore your experiences and to adapt and evolve your practice based on what feels right for you. My approach is grounded in anatomical principles and offers progressive levels of engagement so you can enjoy a safe and sustainable yoga practice every time you step on the mat.
These classes will suit you if:
You wish to establish or deepen your yoga practice with a skilled senior yoga teacher.
You want a slow, progressive yoga class that gives you the time to feel, adapt and adjust according to your needs.
You are looking for more than just a ‘workout’— you want to nurture and unite your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self using this ancient practice.
You don’t want a gym environment, you want space to feel, to breath and let go.

Hello There…
For over 30 years, my career has been dedicated to promoting community health and wellness. I've owned a fitness center and yoga studios, developed and directed fitness and yoga teacher training programs, and facilitated yoga retreats both domestically and internationally. My work also extends to bringing yoga and mindfulness initiatives to corporate and educational settings.
I discovered yoga at 16 and have spent over three decades exploring diverse teachings and movement approaches. I've had the privilege of learning from inspiring teachers in yoga, meditation, and spirituality while also immersing myself in somatic practices and healing arts that have profoundly influenced my approach to sharing yoga.
Having taught thousands of public classes, I have witnessed firsthand how yoga transforms and heals. Yoga supported my own recovery from a serious injury and became an anchor through life’s personal and family challenges, creating positive ripples in parenting, relationships, self-worth and awareness.
I believe there are many valuable approaches to yoga. As our lives and bodies evolve, so too does the practice, expanding and maturing along with us.
I look forward to meeting you!
